In order to activate the warranty on your purchase you are required to register your product online within 14 days of purchase. Failure to register may invalidate your warranty. Customers should pay attention to the conditions stated on this page in respect to discounted or clearance products.
All warranty claims must be supported with the original sales receipt/invoice. Photo copies or Credit Card/EPS payment slips will not be accepted as proof of purchase.

Pricing: All prices shown are denominated in HK$ and are subject to change without prior notice. Purchasers should note that credit card and other transaction fees may apply.
Warrant and Returns: All products sold as "New" include coverage by the manufacturers stated warranty. Buyers should check the relevant manufacturers website to understand the full extent of any warranties offered. Any product found defective within the first 7-days from purchase may be returned for exchange. Positive Words Limited reserves the right to refuse exchange should a product be defective from missuse or accidental damage caused by the user. Positive Words Limited also reserves the right to offer "The closest equivalent product" should an identical product not be available at the time of exchange.
Product sold as Ex-Demo, on Special Offer or as End of Line Clearance may not be covered by a full warranty. Buyers are advised to check the warranty available at the time of purchase. Positive Words Limited reserves the sole right to determine the available warranty on products not sold at normal full retail prices.

Shipping: All products are sold on Ex-works terms, this means the responsibility for any products passes to the customer at the time of purchase. Once goods are passed over to a shipping or courier company it is the buyers responsibility to ensure they are adequately insured for any loss or damage incurred during transit. Positive Words Limited will not entertain any claims for goods damaged in transit to the buyer.
Prices indicated DO NOT include shipping costs unless specifically stated that they do. For smaller items we can arrange shipping through SF-Express local couriers services, for large items we use services such as Go-Go Van. If shipping is required we will provide you with an estimate of the shipping costs, if acceptable we will arrange shipping and the cost will be payable by the buyer on delivery of the goods.
